• Cart driver must be 54” tall
• Must be 38” and 3 years+ to ride
• Maximum weight per cart is 375 pounds in dry conditions
• Maximum weight per cart is 330 pounds in wet conditions
• With 2 riders, the driver must be over 16. The taller person will be the driver
• No bags or purses in the carts
• Must be able to understand rules and be able to use brakes
• Must obey rules and instructions given by employees, and written rules
• Do not stop on the track unless it is an emergency
• No rider may be under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• No animals are allowed on the ride
